Shipping and returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with no sign of tampering. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at accounts@realvitality.com.au, please include your FULL NAME and state intention of return in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all the fees incurred for any returning items. These returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Due to this, we recommend using tracked shipping methods and providing us with the return tracking information.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
We try our best to ship all orders out in a timely manner. We will aim to process and deliver items within 2 business days. However, there may be exceptions due to holidays, change in weather or further delays due to COVID-19.
