The Lighthouse Foundation provides homes and therapeutic care to children and young people impacted by long-term neglect, abuse and homelessness. By creating a caring community, it gives homeless kids and foster families a place to belong, heal and thrive.
We here at Real Vitality strive every day to uphold the belief of giving back while maintaining a positive healthy lifestyle, no one should ever feel helpless or become homeless.

Our Story
Our founder Karan Kher decided to start Real Vitality after noticing a disconnect between health and wellness versus truly giving back to those less fortunate for issues that really matter such as homelessness and mental health for young people.
"I decided to take action and make a change, the entire fitness industry to me is built on feeling good and having an overall sense of well-being, so I thought why not create a brand that thrives on giving back while promoting a positive healthy lifestyle, to me this is a win-win."

Our founder was actually a security guard for 13 years at the biggest nightclub in Sydney called HOME nightclub.
"From working at HOME to now helping put people into homes, I have seen first-hand how important mental health and physical health is when I was working at HOME, dealing with all kinds of personalities every weekend, you just don't know what anyone is going through physically or mentally. Our mission at Real Vitality will always be to uphold a healthy lifestyle full of health and wellness, give back and promote positivity."
